Frequently Asked Questions
How does our wood floor restoration work?
The wood floors are scrubbed clean with deep cleaning chemicals to remove all residue. A bonding agent is applied and left to set. Then the finishing coat is applied.
How long does it take for wood floor restoration?
The process usually takes less than one day to complete and your furniture can be returned after 24 hours.
How do I prepare for wood floor restoration?
Empty the room of all furniture. If a large piece of furniture must remain in the room, we can clean around it, but it will not be moved during the process. Once the room is empty, sweep up loose dirt. We take care of the rest.
How well does this wood floor restoration process work?
This process will restore the finish of any hard wood floor. But unlike sanding, it will not remove any dents or deep scratches. Also, floors that have any warped or lifted boards will probably need to be sanded.
Do I have to leave my house while my wood floors are being restored?
No. You can remain in your house the entire time.
What does this new wood restoration service cost?
Cost varies based on type of wood, extent of damage, and type of existing finish, but generally the price is less than half of a traditional wood floor sanding quote.
